I’m not a detached expert who sits back and tells you what to do. I see my role as walking alongside you, doing the work with you, not above you. I’m also a professional man with a family, so I understand the real demands you’re under and how hard it can be to hold everything together while trying to show up well at home.
I work with men who are successful on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their personal lives. Many of the men I see struggle with relationships—especially with their wives or partners—or face challenges related to addiction and recovery. Life pressures, old patterns, and emotional disconnection can make it hard to communicate, feel present, or rebuild trust and intimacy.
My work focuses on helping you navigate these challenges, improve your closest relationships, and address unhealthy patterns related to substance use or other compulsive behaviors. Using psychodynamic, experiential, and somatic approaches, I help you explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that shape your life and your relationships. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can be seen, understood, and fully yourself, without judgment or performance.
Together, we’ll work on repairing connection, building trust, strengthening emotional presence, and supporting long-term recovery. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself, your partner, and your life.
If you’re ready to face the struggles holding you back, improve your relationships, and take steps toward recovery and lasting change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
